DLS Downloads

The download page now includes links to the DLS items each engine needs. Don't forget them!

Due to the unique way Auran (N3V) runs things, if you do not have access to the DLS, feel free to substitute whatever you are missing for something else.

AWVR GEs fixed

OK, everyone. I think I finally got rid of the stupid texture errors for the GE units.

Also, I changed a few small things in the config files so that now there's only one version of each engine, rather than two as before (one for 2006, the other for 2009/2010).

If you were having problems with the GEs, you can download them again.

Sorry for the mess, but sometimes Trainz can be a pain...

AWVR Part 1 Fixed

Hey everyone,

I've uploaded updated files for the AWVR locomotives. Users of TRS2006 are encouraged to download them again (not necessary for users of TS2009/2010 as the problem only applied to older versions of Trainz).

Sorry again for the mix up!

AWVR Part 1 Released!

The first set of locomotives from my AWVR project are out! Get them on the download page!

Big thanks to SPorBust and bdaneal for the models!

Part 2 will be released as soon as I finalize some details with Joram24.

EDIT: Go figures, I always forget something. Those of you running versions of Trainz older than 2009 may find that the GE locomotives won't work. This is because the engine sound file I used is for version 2009 and up. I meant to switch it out for one that's compatible with 2006, but I forgot.

Sorry about that, I'll upload updated files tomorrow.

EDIT 2: For those running Trainz older than 2009, there's a little work around you guys can try to get the GE units working. Open the engine sound file for edit in explorer. Open the config text file in notepad and change the trainz-build number from 2.9 to 2.4.

Sorry again for the mix up.

[WIP] More AWVR Equipment

Got another set of engines MOSTLY done.

AWVR EMD GP35 high hood: 100 - 109 (Phase I)

AWVR EMD GP40 high hood: 500 - 506 (Phase I)

AWVR EMD SD45: 3200 - 3202 (Phase I)

The SD45 looks a little faded because of how Mesh Viewer renders the textures.

Still need to touch up some details.

Most of these engines (not all, sorry) will come with automatic running numbers (ARN).

There are other engines that will be added to the roster soon, including GP40 high hood, GP35 high hood. Might also add Matruck's SW1200 and Cozmo's GP30.
